I'm experimenting with local trade shows and bus ads, but curious to see what others are doing out there and if that is working well for them!

I am trying to find best way to find legit contractors specialized in certain trades (masonry, carpeting, kitchen/bath, etc...)

The best bang for your buck is arguably 30-90 day trades and I would have made a ton more by having a shorter time frame, but I am happy with my gains and the risks required.Apologies to the op for the hijack but I think this relates to his belief that at some point the house of cards will collapse. 

The information I am looking for would be the standard points an investor might want to know, including average home prices, median income, crime rates, real estate forecasts etc. 

I'm particularly passionate about finding great deals.Outside of real estate, I enjoy dabbling in the stock market and trading derivatives, and an LA Rams season ticket holder.

Maybe tackle a few SF's then trade up but again take it slow and be tactical 

I would also say in many markets there simply is not 3 good subs for each trade to even get bids from..

There are a lot of things we learn in this business as we go, and there are also a lot of trade secrets we learn from insiders that we meet and do business with along the way.
