Just to give you some feedback Southern Maryland is a more suburban and rural area, which makes it different from the more urbanized parts of the state, like Moco, Baltimore or DC.

Any feedback/thoughts/advise would be helpful from investors in the area in regards to outlook, taxes, areas, etc. 

My first housekeeper was defensive when I gave her guest feedback and I later found out was not cleaning properly and using other people's linens in my house.
