I think a few things people should note that want to believe in the fantasy of cash flow from d grade.

All of those questions can help your agent structure an offer that will be competitive against others.

I believe you’re intentionally misleading us so as to avoid competition and have the market to yourself.  

The main lesson here was the value of speed and decisiveness in executing profitable flips in competitive markets.

With MLS, it is competitive here so I'd recommend trying to make your offer stand out amongst the others (i.e. great terms).
