I've used the enterprise versions of both Yardi and Onesite as well and they aren't bad, but I like something with an open API and plays well with others.

Agreed... you raise the bar though when you do limited partnerships or crowd fund were you put unassociated investors together in a common enterprise...at least for the investor..I hate to sound like an old fart but I is one....
