I think your real estate investing can be your second job.  

Any suggestions or names of companies that can do this type of job are greatly appreciated. 

Around October, finished my MBA and told my seasonal job I was coming back this season, I was able to lock in. 4 days a week 3hrs a day resulted in a consistent 500 calls per week give or take.

If you plan to do the work yourself, then that is where is becomes less clear especially if a buyer feels you did a less than 100% professional job.

It is Class A so shouldn't be taking too much risk, buuuut a tenant like that with the right job and finances could be a great tenant.

I think people who dream of never working are blinded by working the wrong job or a job they hate.

You want to consider the quality of tenants you get and being in a central area means people can get to their jobs / school conveniently.

You have recycled the container which is good, but is anything else more sustainable or recyclable vs any other type of build job?

No surprise, this, along with job growth (HP is a large employer) forces prices to stay high as demand creeps up too.

Columbus is an absolute goldmine right now - it's got robust job growth, a booming tech and university scene, and consistent strong rental demand.
