A better way to spend my down time.

Our spring is still packed due to "Spring Massive" and just as that wraps up, we'll maybe have 2-3 weeks of downtime before the May guests start arriving.

If my lifestyle changes and I need more properties to sustain it then will buy more, but I have been enjoying the downtime over the last two years

Even if everything went smoothly the downtime it took to complete the job could eat a lot the equity you would be forcing in.Again ultimately you will need to do what works for you and is inside your comfort zone. 

Like Golf there is downtime during gaming.Got me thinking and seems very "the future" where there are likley more and more serious investors that play video games for lesiure.
