Why not just ditch the boiler and upgrade your panel and have an electric furnace installed? 

Hello construction people,My brother and his coworker are looking to ditch their fencing jobs and become an independent company.

This all means low returns and if you decide you don't like it/REI and want to ditch it early, you're going to lose money almost certainly as that premium you paid for it likely won't be able to be passed on to the next buyer unless there's some good appreciation in that area.Just a few things to keep in mind before you decide.
