Is it valued at the price of the livable homes minus the cost of demo of the other buildings?  

-if you do still feel bad, there are demo companies that will separate anything recyclable, reusable, salvageable, etc from the trash, but they probably cost a little more and take a little longer.

I know exactly how long it should take to demo a kitchen and install cabinets and pretty much everything else.

The demo guys spent about an hour going through stuff before trashing it.

I did all the demo (2 bathrooms +) and most of the landscaping... all during the hottest summer I can remember.

I believe that my efforts in selling this property without doing any repairs aside from pulling carpets and demoing a bathroom will be aimed at them.

the one he is selling is in really bad condition its kind of like border line demo house he probably got it really cheap its a house that probably isn't worth fixing to him cause he had a duplex for sale also that a car had ran into he just getting rid of his bad properties
