-if you do still feel bad, there are demo companies that will separate anything recyclable, reusable, salvageable, etc from the trash, but they probably cost a little more and take a little longer.

the one he is selling is in really bad condition its kind of like border line demo house he probably got it really cheap its a house that probably isn't worth fixing to him cause he had a duplex for sale also that a car had ran into he just getting rid of his bad properties
