Caved-in ceilings and leaks lead to paint repair, sheetrock repairs, flooring repairs, etc...For a company to even have the gumption to tell you that the roof has 10-12 years left and that there is no rafter or decking damage after you have received those pictures means you cannot trust a single thing you have been told by them to this point or going forward.  

The result will be to your delight!

Thus far, I am seeing that people here appear to be helpful and delight in giving and sharing information. 

I'm a social media cave man but why do members send colleague requests without introducing themselves or explaining why they are sending the request? 

The tenant finally caved and said "if you want to show the place so bad, go ahead".In his case, he was doing showings to sell the property.
