Are there any gurus, mentors, or educators out there that dont make their "prospects" go through countless squeeze pages, info products, monthly installment type offers. 

I've overheard countless conversations about investors hating agents, investors loving agents, the death of the real estate agent and the necessity of a licensed broker. 

I was completely wrong and never realized the countless hours I would spend just trying to understand the basics.
