We know no one out there at this point and are not familiar with the area, so any information you can provide on the different areas to invest (salinas, watsonville, santa cruz...etc) and the investing climate of the area would be greatly appreciated.We are also members of nearly every major REIA in the Southern San Diego area and want to join the clubs near Monterey, so if anyone has any suggestions for good clubs to join that would be awesome too!

The area I am in is close to Lakes Shafer and Freeman [Indiana Beach] and lake property always moves in any economy.My goals in RE is to flip and wholesale at least 6-10 units a month and take the knowledge with me to warmer climates in the winter and do the same thing.
