Many people are more tolerant of pot than even cigarettes.

We have a very nice duplex there in a "good" part of the 19th Ward and had a very difficult time renting it to a qualified tenant (someone who didn't smoke, without evictions, could pay a security deposit, etc), let alone a student.

One example: I don't think the lawyer would have a no pet or no smoking policy in his lease forms where mine does...

During that day he was mostly smoking.

Either way the core is still about finding some smoking deals.

woudlnt do any good ..but once the smoke clears im going to file a lawsuit.

What better way to meet other investors than by listing a smoking deal!?

Don't smoke in front of people you are    doing business with.  

Same for smoke detector batteries.

Making things worse, most of those types of homes don't have adequate fire/smoke alarms.
