What do y'all do with the leftover furniture?  

I fault parents and school councelors for not being able to give the children real Life Path Guidance because they do not know, themselves!

You will have tenant issues, late payments, excuses, they will have young children, and probably above average ware and tear on the property.

My plans will be to turn my properties over to my children, they also invest in rentals, and have them pay me a monthly income or sell and invest in a guaranteed income fund.

As a hobby I like to build and flip furniture, but always wanted to learn more carpentry skills to flip homes.

Mine has been MFU 5+ near schools and looking for applicants with children, no pets.Current marketing PLUS is single car lockable garages - - rare and save tenants cost of storage spaces.

I have no furniture, no dishes, no linens... nothing but my own clothes and some tools.

My dad is fixing all that.All my furniture and cats are there.

A few years ago a realtor posted elsewhere that in S Cal she wished sellers wouldn't run out and paint their rooms a trendy gray as her buyers' furniture was usually warmer, earthier tones that didn't go well.
