Many people with a college degree are bagging groceries or flipping burgers as they are unable to utilize all that education they or their parents paid for by going to college!

You're going to have PhDs flipping burgers and selling you shoes in the mall, thus driving up wages and causing inflation (further driving up the cost of health care).In short, there's just no such thing as a society where -- no matter how hard everyone works and studies -- everyone that works hard will be able to afford expensive health care.

On higher-end properties, we would put together a gift basket with local cheese and crackers, some fruit, and discount tickets to a local attraction (one per guest).

We leave a welcome gift that is a sample of cheeses, breads, crackers and a bottle of wine from a local restaurant in the area that serves charcuterie boards and drinks.

Some wendys, burger king, subway , wendy's , veggie grill restaurant operator is filing bankruptcy this week ; these are kind of news that would affect hospitality sector and would grow to something even bigger .... yes the Fed may kill the inflation but by killing the people LOL ; these kind of news would create lot more CRE distress especially in NNN.Sometimes I do think the American government are really anti business.

I'd like to know, when go to get a burger today, do you look at them and say "that's ridiculous, here, I am only going to pay you ___"?

Just not enough cheese on the cracker for it to make any sense.
