Another big concern is the plaster walls and ceiling, some of the ceiling has fallen down and walls have major cracks due to the house settling.

I like the flexibility to where a typical cycle top to bottom is about 10 years so my clients can pick and choose when they want to sell or refi versus a 5 year might not be the right time to refi or sell.I am also NOT a fan of the 5+5 five year loans from banks UNLESS they will give a ceiling for years 6 to 10.
