I am fortunate enough that I do enjoy my job and working with patient’s within my office in the Cancer Institute is very rewarding so I am not necessarily in this to quit my job but would like to have the peace of mind to know that I could quit if I wanted to.

As many of us know, "just a month" has a rather loose interpretation with some tenants.I have an "unauthorized occupant" clause in our lease, so there are consequences to the tenant of record if he overstays, but again - I just want a clear written agreement to memorialize the understanding of how long he may stay.We once granted permission for the father of our tenant to stay for a month in order to receive cancer treatments at a local hospital.

It seems as long as I take my medication the chances of me dying from my bad genes is reduced drastically, but I wonder will I work another 5 years hustling to get more and more money than I need and then be diagnosed with cancer and given 1 month to live?
