Real Estate is pretty broad. 

I have a wide array of knowledge, but need some direct real estate experience, and someone to help me put it all together.

I currently reside in Durham, NC (bought first home in 2020) and have been interested in buying my first rental property in the Durham area or more broadly the Triangle of NC.

I am interested in multi units in SoCal as my first deal since it knocks out having a primary residence and a rental in one property but think more broadly when it comes to out of state investing. 

Number 3 shows which agents/brokerages will adapt and survive the broad changes tech has already ushered in to the industry.

It hits across the board, and generally there is a meeting once a month with a broad spectrum of topics. 

This is such a broad question, but the mistakes that lead to the worst outcome were poor tenant screening for my rentals and even air BNB's. 

I still need to find my niche so my goals are very broad right now.

CRE is so broad and you don't see much hotel/motel stuff on there, but a 7-unit building isn't going to follow most of the rules for AirBnBs that get discussed here all the time.
