They will have systems in place to find off-market deals so you can analyse where the numbers are more attractive for you.You can also try the wholesaler list method.

With a mix of residential and commercial developments, it’s an attractive option for multi-family investments.Zionsville: This charming town northwest of Indianapolis features a lovely downtown area and is recognized for its strong sense of community and top-notch schools, making it a desirable place for renters.Avon: Situated to the west of Indianapolis, Avon is rapidly growing and offers a variety of residential options.

There is something to be said about the quality of tenant you attract. 

Crystal River is famed for swimming with Manatees but I do not think it attracts a lot of people from around the world, more or less of a day trip. 

Indy has a growing population and a diverse economy, making it an attractive market for multi-family investments.

The rent growth and appreciation in Williamsburg is attractive but the annual returns will likely be lower.If you decide on NYC, you may want to target househack properties with additional income potential like ADUs, storage and private parking.All the best!

Can you change the title, order of photos, edit the listing description, add a bottle of wine and goodies during low season to attract more booking.  

I guess that is why it attracts entitled tenants.I am just trying to figure out if it is worth going through the process of evicting them at this late stage in the lease.
