I have spent all of my adult life building that credit but I should not be expected to carry credit balances on my credit for materials that do not belong to me or my business.

I had a lot of college kids, so parents co-signed, adults would get credit pulled, you can go over credit issues with an applicant so if there is an error claimed have them show its been corrected or cured.

This is starting to feel like high school, stop with all the drama and just talk/type like an adult.
