It depends on where you want to live, income, personality, and other factors.You could buy a large home and rent out the individual rooms to cover expenses, but this comes with problems.

The properties in OK, which are roughly 30-40% smaller than my personal residence are only about $400-$600 cheaper than my FL insurance.

You could do something like what you want if it was your personal primary residence and even then the interest rate would be ugly.
