Their address is XXXXX  53214b) Great Insurance Agents - NAME - EMAIL of insurance agent"For a tenant, you can let them know that renters insurance is very cheap and they can easily bundle it with their home and auto for only a few extra dollars month to protect their items if anything were to happen i.e. natural disaster .

I was able to enter the address and some info on their website and get a nearly instant report emailed to me but they followed up and I sent them pics and the scope of work and gave me a more personalized quote. 

Any attempt to expand or change this market would likely need to address these structural characteristics. 

How do I address it with the buyers if it isn’t really a “leak”?

@Craig McCarter  That issue should have been addressed in writting in the lease agreement. 

Does your PM Agreement address this?

On my old website I used to remove the number part of the property address and leave it up there as "sold" so at least there was something on the website to show. 

(I recall she said she has a Morrison address, but that doesn't mean she's in the city limits.)What's your goal?
