Property taxes are not that easy for counties other than Ada, I struggled for a good 30 mins with Bannock county assessors website, but I couldnt manage to extract the property value or annual taxes, anyway, I'll try again tonight.

Expenses can range from normal maintenance, crazy new ADA requirements, changes in elevator/fire safety requirements, pest control, indoor pool expenses etc.

It is completely within their rights, legally under the ADA, to furnish that letter after they move in or get a dog even (if they went and got a new one months into living there, for example).
