There is no requirement under Regulation S, for example, that the foreign investors be accredited.

We home schooled our 5 kids, 2 of them worked, bought their own high school courses and finished 3 year programs in 9 months at 15, 1 went to college, the other worked until 17 then went into the army Airborne Infantry, 4 combat tours in Afghanistan, leaving for Iraq in afew months.

Try to look for investments where accredited investors only are invited to participate should you want to delve into bigger investments.

Also - about 50% of the PPM is just disclaimers about how this is super risky, only accredited investors should invest, they could lose all their money...all that stuff to scare people off that is required in all these type of documents.  

Hi Account Closed, if she is an accredited investor and moves forward with the 1031 exchange, reinvestment into DSTs would be an option.

We are the only organization of our kind to have an A+ rating with BBB without having paid for it (we are "non-accredited").

Hence I recommended looking at DSTs, if you are qualified as an accredited investor.

My goal is to scale as quickly as feasible in order to homeschool the kiddo.
