One of my mentors @Al Williamson taught me that there's a hierarchy of furnished rentals with corporate rentals at the top, AirBnB somewhere in the middle, then long-term furnished rentals (e.g. 1 year lease) and finally a traditional unfurnished rental.

I was planning to take Real Estate courses and get a Cert from the local Jr College until I found Keller Williams on Craigslist and reached out to them.
