I'm relatively sure that nobody recognizes a pit pull as a "service animal" I wouldn't rent to anyone with a pit bull myself, though most are harmless, when they do attack, it can be deadly.

I think it would be rare to find a listing that plainly says "value-add opportunity," so I would need to develop my own skills at recognizing these things.

Please recognize and be prepared for your neighbors to do stupid things during this conflict.

In the competitive world real estate investing one of the most important things is to be able to recognize a deal and act quickly on it. 

I do, however, recognize the importance to stay relevant and caught up on the current terms so I can understand and communicate properly.I don't care what terms you use as long as they are spoken with good intent.

(Or I am not recognizing potential good leads when I see them).  

I've been told there are lenders that will recognize the agreement as a "purchase", allow you to refi to pay the owner off, and hold a longer term loan with the lender. 

Georgia does not recognize that anyhow.
