Hey all, I'd like to either find a Real Estate meet-up in Orlando, FL or set one up.

If anyone has done this recently in the Orlando market or if you just have advice to give, please feel free to share!

I have been looking in areas such as those along with Nashville TN, Breckenridge CO, and Orlando FL.I am just looking to start conversation with anyone who may or may not know more about what I am trying to do.Any help is much appreciated.

Orange Beach, Destin, Smokey's, Maggie Valley) Also, some can be very Saturated, like Orlando.

My team and I are based in Downtown Orlando but we service all of Central Florida.

Gateway Mortgage does this with 10%, we are doing one with them in Orlando right now. 

The reason I said that in the title is I really think it's been tougher than I thought, I live in NYC and have a full time job, I'm looking to invest outside my hometown, In Orlando I have a brother there, he's my eyes and ears so that i'm not complaining, we both are looking for fsbo's,vacant,  etc, It's a market like Pittsburgh that I want to be investing in, and some of the realtors I've contacted do not want to look at properties I might have found on their site, unless there's something in it for them, and I tell them that they can have both sides of the commission, me buying, and reselling working with them.

Lakeland is doing the right things to make it pretty and liveable on the major Highway to Orlando.
