In the next few months I'll be starting to put a team together; I'm looking at the Cincinnati or Dayton OH area for my first property.My plan is to use REI as a way to supplement my income (my day job is physical therapy) and build a nice RE portfolio to allow my family to travel and retire by the time I'm 55.I want to thank everyone who contributes to this site, the information on here is awesome.Look forward to connecting!!

I guess this is where the 50% rule can give a quick reality check and that ends up about $145 cash flow, but the low cost of entry gives it some credibility.As it stands this looks to be a mediocre deal that needs massaging to make it a worthwhile deal.
