I just have no idea on the actual costs of building a home, but it seems if you buy a piece of land you should be able to build something for less than what a lot of the already built houses go for here, it being such a largely inflated priced market.

I recently was working with a wholesaler who tried to comp recently sold 4-bedroom homes with the 2-bedroom home that I was actually looking at, and it resulted in inflated comps.

MF were a steal in Dallas when I got into them around 2011 but have found MF particularly inflated the last year or two, even more so than SFR.

hey @Dan Brown and @Salah Siraj ....im new as well and feel that its harder for us here in Jersey because of the inflated market to just dive right into real estate investing like other people in the country lol.
