I am planning on making my first investment soon and have started reaching out and scouting for the first golden ticket.

Clearly it is evident their judgement is flawed by virtue of the fact I invested my retirement funds based on their say so and seemingly have lost the lot, so I'm sure anyone reading this can relate to this, and put bluntly, I do not know who to trust from any of the parties involved so an independent path seems appropriate We are so disheartened by what seemed to be an exciting opportunity to secure not only the future of ourselves, but help others across the other side of the globe as well.

Plus generally no real Chief,,,all drones,,,all scattered across the globe and know zip about the farm other than they get a check.IF you are 'creating' fractional interest of unrelated parties,,to be avoided unless YOU want to be a full time argument settlement biz. find a NEW way!!!!

You also get the experience of being a landlord, which is golden if you are getting into buy & hold.
