Barbara G.My apologies, "en suite" is French and literally translates to "in suite".  

The Navy now has moved us to the east coast which is nice to be back closer to family.During my 36 month tour there I couldn't believe how much the island changed.

My father was stationed in Connecticut as a recruiter in the navy for a while back in the early 90's, hopefully the requirements for the position have changed since then.

Also my competition.My 2 bedroom units I describe as "Hamburger and French Fry" are $350/week.My 2 bedrooms I describe as "Steak and Potatoe" are $400/week.My pricing comes from my competition.

I have a good one, we did a sailboat day with this old French couple in the Riviera.

He is trying to charge extra for work they underbid to put in French doors, a water heater "broke" as they were raising the height of it up to code...I would accept the cost of a new one but not sure how it is my responsibility for labor to put it in since they had to do so anyways and no one wants to claim responsibility for it "breaking"?

@Joe P. you need a french drain it sounds like.

French Literature may be fun and interesting, but when push comes to shove you aren't going to make a living with it.
