I simply haven't been hearing the druggies talk about meth at all; I haven't heard of any apartments being used to cook meth; and I haven't been reading about any meth arrests.

Have you ever been arrested or charged with a crime other than a traffic violation?

I have googled his name, and (2) minor arrests show up for driving on a suspended license.Any advice??

As mentioned several times a local attorney should be able to help you and it could quite possibly fit the criteria for criminal prosecution (arrest) for theft. 

At the bare minimum you need a safety harness, ascender/descender or Rope Grab, need to know how to use and wear it properly, need to have a second person capable of reaching and assisting you if you DO get fall arrested and happen to go off the roof, and you need permanently mounted roof ridge anchors.

They put the person/s on No Tresspass, if they come back they can be arrested.

He’s been in a coma for a week and there is a cop posted to arrest him.

I myself have considered carrying a sign at one of those "free" seminars but I do not want to be arrested for "disturbing the peace". 

And, going forward, add a covenant to your lease that states that 'this is a crime-free property' and that any allegation of an illegal crime does not need to lead to arrest or conviction for the tenant to be immediately evicted from the property and that the tenant agrees to voluntarily and immediately depart.  

I also want to avoid loss of rent because my tenant is arrested and convicted.
