The property is 7x 1 unit and 1x 2 unit apartments with good bones (outside structure and base) and it is close jobs;  big Fedex distribution center, airport and industrial park. 

*These numbers are estimated numbers according to information that we currently have on the property and are most likely not going to play out exactly as planned but they are our projected numbers.I like this better than the dads that try to get their kids to fly planes at 8 9 10 years old..  

Thanks John…I made a career out of flying planes but I did get to learn to jump out of them at Fort Benning a long time ago….it’s nice to have a reserve chute in case your main doesn’t work…appreciate the reserve chute options you presented.

@Michael EalyI really want to jump out of the plane and build the parachute on the way down, but I'm thankful for the advice I received from you and others so far.

This is due in part to Louisville's central location with respect to the rest of the US population (the highway systems in Greater Louisville provide one-day access to more than 60% of the U.S. market via Interstates I-65, I-64 and I-71.) and the fact that UPS and FedEx both have major hubs here. 

Or a F18 pilot vs a cargo plane pilot. 

They are going to be like how astronauts start with digital plane simulators, then ride in a plane, then fly a propeller plane, then review the charts, then move on to a digital jet simulator, review those charts, then a digital space shuttle simulator, then a space shuttle, with a thousands steps in between.

Hello bigger pockets I am currently in the middle of my first flip and I am planing on buying my appliances during the Black Friday deals.

I am sure aircraft manufacturers will buy titanium to build planes if the currency values swing either way as will other consumers of titanium or any other commodity.

They then wire the funds back to the bank's title company as well as FedEx the docs back to them.
