Grain of salt: I'm not an expert, but just a guy who has (successfully) rented out bedrooms in two different condos I've owned as my primary residences in Austin, TX and Atlanta, GA.With that said, it's my understanding that usually, no, there's no special permit you need in order to rent out a room in a HOUSE.

Nah,I keep getting people that reach out to me to evaluate their current SEO companies and what they are doing  is OK.Without exception, its horse crap.So, what ever you find online about SEO.. take it with a grain of salt!

So take all this with a grain of salt. 

@Ron SinghI say look at the last recession in the market and research the people that came out on top during that time, now I am only 16 so take everything I say with a grain of salt, but I feel as long as you can afford to keep the properties long enough to outlast corona, you should still be buying properties and expanding your portfolio.

I can go to LA, Boston, Salt Lake, and Oklahoma City.

(All taken with a large grain of salt of course - it's fortunate to be discussing such problems at all when many people are in much worse circumstances right now.) 

Any landlord that's worth his salt will or already is working the situation out.
