I’m looking for one to do some work to turn a rental property - replace shower/tub plumbing and retile it in a bathroom, carpet, paint, and some dry wall replacement.

An age-old gadget of sorts that simply keeps one dry when the rain pours, the umbrella is actually seen as a nice metaphor for a one-stop shop in the business realm.

The repairs consisted of some dry rot on the chimney sidings and to have the electrical panel looked at by a license electrician to determine whether it's safe since the inspection report found "charred wires".  

Come to find out, once the floors dried, they looked horrible.

I just worry that we flip a few homes and think that everything is "ok" so she can quit her job, then our ink well dries up!

Run in to it all the time on waterfront property, dunno I’ve seen it on dry land.
