Wholesaling Etiquette - Buyers & Sellers
Hi BP! Thank you for all of the amazing information on here. This is a great resource for any investor.
One thing I have not been able to find, is information about the "etiquette" of dealing with sellers, buyers, and the contracts.
1. When doing a wholesale deal, are the sellers aware of our Assignment fee, or are they under the assumption that the buyer is paying what the contract says they're selling for?
I would assume this information MUST be disclosed to both the seller and the buyer while setting up the deal, otherwise people would get upset when they find that out at closing.
also,
2. Do you all have any insight or tips on how to disclose this information to sellers and buyers?
Thank you
