Is leaving a 5 day notice posted on the tenants door a legal delivery of a 5 day notice in Illinois?

I had all these jobs at one time except for the two waitressing jobs.After college - worked in records at a foster care agency, delivery driver for Pizza Hut, tax preparer, new home salesNow - property management and real estate broker.My degree was pretty useless, but college was a fun and growing experience.

Be wiling to go to the lumber store, do returns, open doors for contractors, be on site for inspections, deliveries, etc.

You will probably need to hire various employees and consultants to work with you to coordinate the plans, specifications, contracting, ordering, delivery, installation, service, and warranty coordination of the modular homes that you purchase.

Plus, USA's most densely populated state - NJ - requires all landlords to deliver the interest generated from the security deposit either as credit toward the amount of rent due, or at least annual delivery of the interest money directly back to the tenant.

In the end, if you can help someone with their situation, I think you're obligated to try regardless of your delivery method.

(postal workers, delivery drivers, etc)  Ask them to keep a look out for houses that look distressed or vacant.  

Total cost for storing, pick up and delivery, a thousand all together!
