I'm not all that familiar with Denver, although I went to CU Boulder for school, but I want to be in a cooler, somewhat hip, walking area downtown.

Unit has a Swamp Cooler.

My husband and I plan to travel every summer to cooler climates lol, in our RV, so we'd like something that we could rent out during the summer through a property management company, while we travel.

@Andrew Taylor here is what I do....When planning costs, I contemplate what I know someone will ultimately want, but i can leave out without bringing down the quality of the house... ie in my area refrigerated air is big upgrade, so may leave existing swamp cooler.

The sand and water components of the mix are heated at the plant, so the mix arrives able to set up properly in cooler weather.

Just wondering if now would be a good time to get into RE sales/brokerage with the current cooler rental market.

One big reason for me is the commercial restaurant equipment, walk-in freezer/coolers, ovens, and kitchen space would have to be converted into a rental unit and will get costly into a building I do not own.

Usually you can tell if the attic is a little cooler than normal. 3) make sure attic is ventilated properly.
