For real estate, there're few answers:- Housing payment in 2020 is actually cheaper than in 2018, so the house is actually cheaper because the debt is lower- In the eyes of many Asian that has crazy home price since 30 years ago, USA home price is still considered dirt cheap.

And while Asians have the lowest rate of rent burden among all ethnic groups included in the survey, they also face high rates of over-crowding (40%).

Im a young female who comes from a sales and customer service background (restaurants 4yrs experience  and car sales 1 yr experience).

She’s just doesn’t have that passion for real estate like many females just yet.

As @Ian Tyndall said, people offering "just a room" will have a problem.  

I have a tenant that was born a female, started renting one of my apartments as a female , still looks like a female , even wears skirts.
