Thank you guys this was all helpful.I also signed up for this 3 day workshop hoping to learn something new.The first day was such a waste because the speaker spent 6 hours telling us stories and how times are changing.

What I mean is I realized these "workshops " are for people who may not even know the terminology or much about RE in general.

I've been studying, going to workshops and listening to podcasts!

So I took a 3 day workshop course and I learned a lot of things I didn't know about before and how to look for real estate deals.

You can hear them speak at a meeting and if you like them a lot of times they will do a weekend workshop and then they will often advertise a boot camp and sell their materials.
