Hi @Mary Meyer, most contractors in my area will install a base (the depth of which will be determined by the condition/type of soil at the proposed site, usually 8"-12") of very well compacted 3/4" or 1/2" gravel which is blended with smaller aggregates all the way down to a sand-like size.

not sure about the laws in pinellas but i know in hillsborough i see new bandit signs daily, they all blend in with each other almost

Additionally, there is an unpermitted small storage addition for lawn mowers and stuff on the side of the home (approx 5ft wide by 2feet deep) that was built using identical materials of the property so it blends in and looks of professional quality.

What might be easier than trying to change the roof colour is to blend one or the other in.  

I personally count on equity with smart investments and a blend of positive cashflow.

there are great deals everywhere around here but i go down to the industrial job towns south of indy they are hot hot rental markets, indy is so huge and there is a fine line between high crime areas blending with high end houses its a mixed bag.

Make sure to blend compost into the planting pits to add a degree of water holding capacity and nutrients.Bam, done.  

We have a great blend of tourism, industry, 2 colleges in our county, agriculture and vacation homes.

Other than that, I am 100% all in on value add buy and hold RE.Then again, I am not in the blended retirement system.
