There are other places out there that will not sell to Asians, Muslims, etc.But at the end of the day, we can make excuses or the people that want home ownership and generational wealth needs to put in the effort like we all are.But a lot of people are only looking for free/hand outs from the government.In my opinion, the best way to effectively address racial disparity to effort the minority of whatever neighborhood you're in about financial independence and investments (real estate, stocks, etc.).

Not handouts, but intelligent, collaborative deals that empower them to move forward in life-creating a scholarship fund to help kids get to college-funding a local civic center, cancer research institute, Walk for Hunger, or whatever tickles your fancy-tithing to your churchLife has been good to me, too, and I certainly spent a lot of time pursuing skydiving and such.

The next meeting is the Vendor Tradeshow where allsorts of "trades" will be having tables / booths: contractors, lenders, flooring suppliers, kitchen cabinet suppliers, Home Depot - that's just a short sampling.

The whole nature of that business brings up collusion issues (if they have two customers with bids, will they actually bid for both against each other, or take it at the lower price, and hold their hand out?
