I have particular strong feelings about this, but I may be the exception.The insurance and annuities side of your business will be a very distant next area of importance for me, but for a younger person that needs to provide for a young family without other assets this might be a little higher on the list for them.There is a financial planner in my local market that will also shop insurance providers (including car, home, health and rentals) to find the best value on insurance as part of their service for their clients.

As for active listings, the only things I have to go off of at the moment are the Student housing prices per semester at the University, and one luxury apartment complex that has a 2 bed 2 bath asking for about $3,160 (includes 24 hour fitness center, monthly catered Resident Receptions, health and wellness programs, and a resort-style pool.

So I didn’t get to inspect everything, but during inspection period will go over it with a fine toothed comb.We are rough estimated $20,000 in repairs but will redo that figure after next weeks inspection.Like I said this is my first one so I’m sure I’m leaving something out or forgetting something but will do the best I can.More soon, thanks

I saw a slight increase in my policy and just looking it over seeing appliance coverage and internal property coverage.. i assumed it was correct... turned out it wasnt and initially they declined my claim, but i hired a lawyer and kept track of the info like the person i talked to, date, time and such and they managed to go back and find the recording of the conversation and then accepted my claim, but they truly fought me tooth and nail on the amount.
