I would rather own a home in Class A area for 20 years over Class C and can probably with high confidence say that you will be in a much better spot later in life with Class A vs.

There are exceptions but I see this a lot.For your questions:Pinellas is the most densely populated county in the state, so there are good ROI spots but you'll just want to look at each property on a case by case basis.

Depending on where you buy a VRBO/STR could be just fine for a SFR.I am in Seminole and thats another dynamite spot depending on price point but again closer to the beach.
