It took until close to the end of April before I was told that the tenant had actually left on April 1stand by the time my property manager sent their maintenance person to inspect the property, someone had broken in and stolen the hot water tank and possibly some parts of the furnace.

I discovered that he not my lender, and the lender kicked him out as a broker because he stolen mortgage payment from clients that should of gone to the lender.

Literally every street has a different property value set, and at some point you're going to get your copper and a water heater stolen (I literally don't know an investor w/more than a 2 years in Detroit to whom this has NOT happened).
