PERCEPTION is reality.

They are great for the entry-level education piece, but as a person develops, they lack the higher sophistication needed for the more experienced investors.

It changed my perception about investing and career.

Cleveland is defiantly on the up-swing and my guess is it’ll probably take about 4 to-6 years for its national perception to catch up. 2nd regarding turnkey and customer service expectations – I agree with Joseph and Chris, there should be minimal issues with a turnkey… that’s why it’s a “turnkey.”

We recently started playing board games again as adults and found there is a whole world of European (or Euro) style board games that are a lot more fun and sophisticated without being too complex.  

In making the buy decision, I focus on end result, not the starting point.This is a more sophisticated perspective which escapes most newbies.  

It is a matter of perception.

There may be more sophisticated programs (some that may offer analysis of each property, etc) but QB is fast, easy, and I can run several businesses and accounts with the program.
