Multifamily with 3 or more units do require an annual fire inspection per Wisconsin State law.The city Milwaukee is cracking down on the garbage issue: fines for littering (throwing your McDonalds wrapper on the sidewalk or out of the window of a driving vehicle) have been raised from $25 to $500, which really helps to clean up the city.

City of Austin is planning to build a sidewalk that cuts through my front yard (within my property line).
