I'm planning to buy one of their lots of 500 m2 but not sure if it's safe to buy with this company as there is no information or reviews in the web about Viventum or Sustenthabit which is the company behind this development.I gave the reservation fee but before signing the contract and give the down payment I'd like some advice.Any advice would be appreciated.

I would say if you don't know the area, you should check the eviction database for that street to see how often evictions occur, you should check crime on neighborhood scout or some other site, and you should drive by the property late at night and see whether you would feel safe getting out of the car.
