I got an interesting phone call from an elderly client yesterday. 87 year old woman who regularly goes to the hairdresser every 2 weeks.Hairdresser is located in a shopping center that's next door to a Mercedes dealership.Evidently customers of the Mercedes dealership routinely park in the shopping center and the center's management company has warned the Mercedes dealership on multiple occasions.My client drives a Mercedes.My client goes in for an hour and gets her hair done.

While it's not unusual that places like Lowes/Home Depot will routinely offer appliance sales at 10 to 30 percent off year round, you'll typically find reductions at 40 percent off during Black Friday.I tend to use Lowes/Home Depot routinely for the free delivery and also because I purchase using 10 percent off coupons and gift cards as payment.Some landlords will wait until January and pick up great used appliances from craigslist (replaced with Christmas presents of new appliances) but honestly, my days of picking up and hauling appliances around are long over!
