It will be not only complex (but doable) to secure financing for it, but the real issue is that if you ever want to sell it, it will be super difficult for prospective buyers to secure financing unless they are seasoned investors which limits your potential buyer pool and potentially your offloading price.

The office administrator did the initial due diligence, the corporate counsel reviewed the lease, the accounts payable coordinator setup the accounts and sent the security deposit, one of the VPs signed the lease, and only after all of that occurred did I get the name and contact information of the tenant.- Now I am in their system as a Vendor/Subcontractor.

Although, Buildium is good and affordable, it isn't just as robust compared to AF.I hear negative things about doorloop and don't have any experience with it.I consult my clients in AppFolio and Buildium so it really just the price and how big you want to grow your business.

the seller has to trust that you / the buyer is going to make the payments and also pay the taxes and be a good steward of the property since that's their security on the loan.usually you'd put a balloon in, but i bought one deal where the numbers worked out for us to fully amortize it over 12 years.
