Oh, and personally those who see insurance companies not ready to pay to me means they need to understand their coverage better and/or hire a more reputable company.The board doesn't even have much of any threads about actually being frivously (is that the term/category we are talking about?)

That was your first and only chance to make a good credible reputation and it is gone.

Although, the company I am researching has a good reputation and appears very supportive.

Your risk will typically be your earnest money and your reputation if you start signing contracts you fail to sell or perform on yourself.

The Novak brothers are well known in this area and have a good reputation.

Audit Protection: Reputable DIY software adheres to IRS guidelines, providing assurance against audits.

Also, your reputation will take a hit with the listing broker if you need to back out.Best approach is to "raise" money first.

As mentioned above, there's also the discount that reputable GC's get with subs because of volume.  

To address this maintenance issue, I sent out a reputed garage door company to look at it.
